Jeez, I can hardly believe that. It has indeed been two months since I last posted anything at all here.

Ever since I took on another 6 hours a week at work; I’ve just really been lacking in any and all motivation to do any Detarame by the time I get home. Now, I’m sure that doesn’t sound alot to some of you, but in practice those are the hours I usually spent typing and tagging stuff to put up online in the past; further reduced by the fact that you end up needing more relaxation time. Add to this the fact that I spend my Saturdays pretty much entirely on plotting for and then GM’ing Pen and Paper RPGs. Multiply this by the factor that I’ve finally had enough money of late to purchase myself a new graphics card to play all those new games on PC that have been inaccesible (due to hardware) to me over the past couple of years, and well…

Still, none of this really justifies the lack of commitment, I guess.

Though its a late and poor showing, I’m going to attempt to redeem myself in the upcoming weeks. Possibly just in time, or something, because there is another anime season coming up, so that gives as good a justification as any to slap myself into action. I’ve started preparing my usual summary, which should be available before Xmas; and there may also be some further posts about some of the games I’ve been wasting my time with.

In the meantime, I’m going to clog up your bandwidth as usual with artwork and wallpapers. 😛

As always, click them to see them at full size

Julia from Rune Factory II:

Mai Waifu of choice in the First Generation of the game; though I did also have a soft spot for Yue (and a little for Rosalind) as well. I guess a couple of things turned the tables for Julia, though. Those expressions…

(like this!)
And I suppose the cincher was the whole ‘Get your mind out of the gutter!’ misinterpretation scene, which I thought to be comedy gold. With the finale of the Messhelite quest, it felt like a real satisfying romance, rather than just a string of fetch quests (which, to be fair, I guess it was, but then nearly all of the girls had this to some degree, its just hers was less noticeable).

I have to say, Rune Factory II is probably my favourite of the series due to it breaking new ground; some of which appears to have been forgotten in RF III (though I’m not judging it yet since I’ve not bought number III as of yet). RF Frontier on the Wii does have its charms in a different way, though, since the farming and crafting side is more fun and well thought out, whereas the later DS titles feel (to me) to be more about the character development.

In general, though, I’ve always felt RF was a good direction for the Harvest Moon franchise to take… I don’t think that there has been a really quality HM game since Friends of Mineral Town on the GB Advance… probably because they’ve become a little stagnant. In my opinion, generations of gameplay, good characterisation of townsfolk (esp. bachelorettes~ I’m not motivated to marry a girl that only has 30 stock phrases that change depending on her heart level!), better plotlines, and staggering huge dungeons should be focused on. Make it a real RPG!!

Anyway, onto the walls…

Some crazy Alice from PandoraHearts.
This series was quite a while ago now; but it was one I enjoyed a bit; with all its Lewis Carrol references. And a girl that transforms into a twenty foot rabbit wielding a halberd always a has a way of putting a smile on your face, eh?

And a Triela from Gunslinger Girl.
Again, a pretty old series. I guess I’ve been backtracking and being nostalgic with my recent walls, eh? If you ignore the strange second series, Gunslinger Girl was a rather poigniant dose of bittersweet, and an analysis of morals was tucked in there somewhere, I think.

Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for you all today. Once more, I apologise wholeheartedly for the delay, I hope you’ll continue to watch this space.

Yikes, has it really been eleven days since I posted last? Shocking. I’ve been doing alot of overtime at work, so there’s not been alot spare to even think about blogging. Apologies!

Anyways, we’re roughly halfway through the summer 2009 Anime season now (its around episode 6-7 territory), so I thought it was time for the usual ‘what I’m watching and what’s been good and other rants etc.’ type post.

A warning in Advance: SPOILERS AHOY!

Well, considering how excited I was at the start of the season for CANAAN, I have to say its been in a gradual decline, generally speaking, since its opening act. Maria has said ‘Sugoi!’ far too many times to be a regular person, and Canaan herself stopping a Smart bomb from hitting the right spot was a little silly. Not to mention the fact that they allowed the villians security company to mediate the proceedings of a Peace Talk EVEN when THEY KNEW it was a cover operation for their terrorist activities. Thats just immense stupidity, surely. However…now that theres less sister yuri going on and perhaps an actual bit of development of the plot, things may begin to look up again for the series.

Clearly, a reliable source. Apparently this is enough to convince the vice president to launch an airstrike though. Seriously, WHAT!?

You don’t say… You have to admire his strength though, completely resisting a bunch of swat team members.

Good lord Maria, I think your job description is to secretly provide excess fanservice, isn’t it?

Princess Lover

I’m quite happy to declare that, assuming one ignores the hiccup of stupidity that is Episode 6, Princess Lover is perhaps one of the best Harem shows I have seen in all time. Teppai is a very strong, confident male lead. I can actually manage to bring myself to respect his character. Considering nearly all protagonists of these kind of shows turn out to be gutless idiots, this is a fabulous improvement. Charlotte is…okay. She is the irritating airhead archetype, but her natural bravado saves her a little. Sylvie is still quite literally Saber with chest implants. Seika is a typical tsundere. So his harem is fairly generic, but above average as well.

He resolved the Seika situation (that is to say, her innate hate of his family) rather well. Looks like a bribe in this pic though, LOL.

Charlotte does the puppy dog eyes on Sylvie.

Hideki! Hideki! Hideki! Hideki! (poorly disguised Chobits reference…)

Now this has gone from strength to strength, making it quite possibly my favourite show at the moment this season. Again, the fact that Araragi is a great male lead really helps the show, but in this case, unlike Princess Lover, the girls are very unique as well. You’d think that with Senjogahara setting such a high bar with her pocket dimension of stationary, that others couldn’t measure, but that hardly seems the case. More interestingly, the fact that Araragi has already chosen (or maybe, chosen by) Senjogahara is rather refreshing. No angsting over relationships here, no sir-ree. The main couple are already going out. Progress in relationships!? In an anime!? SHOCKING!

Good on you, sir! But think about cutting that fringe of hair, yes?

Considering that Araragi is your first boyfriend, this statement is rather unnecessary. Though it just highlights her violent possessive character, I guess.

Assuming it isn’t obvious, from scenes like this. You cheat on this girl, she stabs you in the eye with a fineliner. Its probably a good thing that he still has his vampire regeneration, eh?

Especially when this happens. Ouch.

Spice and Wolf Second Season

Good to get into this again, though in actual fact, I blitzed the episodes 3-6 in a short marathon, because I knew this would cover the part of the novels which I had already read on the Baka-Tsuki Fan Translations site. Nevertheless, they covered that section very well and I thought it was very nice to see it animated. Whats more, its a great relationship development exercise for Lawrence and Horo as well as the usual test of his and her merchantile partnership and capabilities. The result of this development is shown quite evidently in episode 7. Again, relationship development in my anime!? I thank the person who took away the reset switch.

KAWAII!!! … is literally the only caption fit for this shot.

Lawrence actually starting to blush at Horo’s antics is amusing too.

I suspect that Horo’s tail sticking out when she gets excited will eventually prove a problem.

Yoko Wakeru Gendai Mahou

Well, this is still pretty lighthearted with the undertones of a plot that may develop. In fact, it went back in time for the second and third episodes to reintroduce how the characters basically came into contact properly. But the roles are still solidly defined. You know, with the whole Yumiko as the ineffectual but powerful fall-girl, Kaho as the deadpan humour girl, etc.

Still, despite the lack of any actual development of any importance, the antics that this lot get up to are still rather bemusing and worth the time.

Yumiko seems to have a penchant for accidently losing her underwear. Poor girl.

Yep, its just pink fanservice goo. Nothing to worry about at all.

At least she has enthusiasm. And of course, the ability to make lots of washpans.

The New Haruhi Season

Oh dear…thank lord the Endless Eight Saga is over. It was FAR TOO LONG, Kyoani! The last four repititions, I just lept through the episodes. Two would have been fair enough. Three…perhaps. But…it…just…kept…on…going… Repeating the same episode over six times, even if it is totally re-animated with subtle differences, was just ridiculous. I know you’re trying to express Yuki’s boredom at the thousands of summer holiday repititions that she had to sit through, but as I say, that could have been adequetely communicated in three episodes. If it had of been three-four eps, I would have been cheering for the resolution. As it stands, however, I was just thinking ‘jeez, its over at last…’.

Now, finally, we’re getting an insight into the Adventures of Asahina Mikuru, the daft ‘movie’ that was shown way back as the first ever Haruhi episode for no reason and then given absolutely no explaination at all in the first season. Back to the fun part of Haruhi. About bloody time.

There was a script, really? Although it is amusing, because Yuki is in fact a magical space alien.

Poor Mikuru suffers alot, as usual, in this episode.

I imagine the blue contact lens was forced into her eye by Haruhi, after all. She looks like she just took a punch.

This went on to surprise me from last season, with its obvious Lewis Carroll and Arthur Conan Doyle influences, eventually nabbing the space and its still going in my repotoire as a fun show. To me, it doesn’t look like that they can conclude it in 26 episodes either, but we shall see. The little run in with the Baskervilles, and the fact that Oz has Jack possessing him, not to mention the actual secrets behind the tragedy of Sabrire (why did Glen suddenly go beserk? Does it have to do with the pocketwatch?) and whole Bezurius vs. Nightray rift is still all to be explained, after all.

Also, the last episode I watched was basically a fanservice episode, with Oscar getting everyone drunk, which was hilarious, but had a distinct lack of actual plot development (except Gilbert pouring his worries out, I suppose). Still, its very enjoyable.

Sharon might be cute, but she can’t hold alcohol.

Suddenly, she switches into Ojou-sama dominatrix mode (complete with Rose Borders!) when drunk. I laughed.

Alice, on the other hand, just decides she’s too hot when drunk and strips.

Anyway, I think that about sorts it for now. Hopefully, the long post makes up for the fairly long absensce, yes? See ya again soon!

Terribly sorry for my extreme tardiness.

I’d like to come up with some amazing excuse, but unfortunately, there isn’t one. I’ve just been lazy during the evenings (typically playing either Battle Moon Wars or Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer) and work’s been kicking my ass with overtime for the rest. Well, that and having to re-organise the slot of my old D&D game to Thursdays to co-inside with my day off, but anyway.

So yeah, I decided to finally do this little post. We’re roughly into the sixth/seventh episode of most seasons anyway by now, which is the half way point for those ones that end up just being 13 eps, but is typically the point where longer shows start to pick up pace.

My selected six for this season

Continuing from before:

Well, obviously. This show just goes from strength to strength, which is actually pretty unusual, especially in a Shonen anime. There’s not once when I’ve been unexcited about watching an episode. Oh, don’t get me wrong, its certainly a There is no kill like overkill type of show in that various random power-ups and awesome fight scenes are used as lampshades for the plot. However, its animated so well and the backstory is sufficently decent that I can forgive a little bit of hand-waving from the writers. Because, hey, its cool. And sometimes that’s enough.

Kuro and Keita got a massive power-up when she started wearing a Chinese Dress for combat.

Wha’dya mean, why? Does there need to be a reason for it? Its a Shonen Anime…

Giga-Exe, the upgrade of Mega-Exe, is a hilarious attack. Makes me wonder if there’s going to be a Tera-Exe to follow up the chain in her next power up. (You know, like, Kilobytes > Megabytes > Gigabytes > Terabytes?)

Eden of the East

Yup, definately. This show has style, baby. Its also got a rather bizarre and interesting backstory that’s really getting into its swing now. Basically, some dude going by the handle ‘Mr. Outside’ has designated a bunch of people, called Selaceo, to save Japan. To achieve this task, they each have a mobile phone. But its no ordinary phone. On it is 10 Billion Yen (Roughly £69 million or $105 million) in pay-as-you-go credit. And with it, Takizawa, our male protagonist, can phone the mysterious Juiz. Who can make any request happen within moments. As demonstrated by the other Selaceo, this includes killing people you don’t like, bribing officials, constructing hosptials, and clearing up murder scenes. The cost of said action is then deducted from your credit. The catch? If you’ve not ‘saved’ Japan before your dosh runs dry, you’re killed. Yikes.

The developing relationship between Saki and Takizawa is both fascinating, nice, and tragic all at the same time…

Talk about ‘Phone of Wishes’. Its quite literally a modern genie in a bottle.

‘Noblesse Oblige’ is another title for these twelve people picked to save Japan, by and the by.

Maybe not as laugh out loud funny in the last few episodes, but that was evidently the opening act into the story. Its instead taken the role of being the quite charming 4-koma. So far, its been fairly masterfully switching between its humour and WAFF, in fact, which is great to see, since only Lucky Star managed to do this quite as well, in my opinion. Like a good cheesecake, it is light and enjoyable and makes your day. Well, maybe that’s just me…

Well, uh, what can I say about this? How about WTF?

Awwww…this scene was so full of cute sisterly love. Nice. Real Nice.

Valkyria Chronicles

And here’s another one which likes to frequently play the style card. Its pretty with some lovely animation. And whilst the Edelweiss tank was intially the star of the show, they have actually started some alternate character development now, especially with Alicia and Welkin. What I do like is that Welkin is actually a fairly stable, noble, slightly eccentric and lovable guy, and yet, still manages to still be a tactical genius. Normally in Anime, great generals nearly always have some character flaw. Like being a complete bastard. (I’m looking at you, Lelouch) So yeah, I’m still quite interested in this.

Yes indeed. What are you doing?

Wise man is Welkin. A commander worth his salt indeed.

Ristorante Paradiso

Well, this was a sheer surprise entry for me, as I’m sure I noted before. But, despite the fact its clearly a Shoujo anime, I find it mightily charming, the drama of this little resturant in Rome with its bespeckled staff of older men and the girl caught between their antics. Everyone is characterised so interestingly, I can’t help but be somewhat amused.

Sure you were, Nicoletta. We believe you.

Ye gads, even as a middle aged man, he manages to be a charming bishie. (though that’s a contradiction in terms, I know…)

Wait! That’s Five shows, I hear you cry!

Yeah, that’s right. My remaining slot is still contested. At the moment, much to my shock, Hanasakeru Seishounen is still ahead to take it, which again is because it has a nice WAFF feeling to it.

But it is a three-horse race, with the fate of two still to be determined. The other two are Phantom ~Requiem for a Phantom~, and PandoraHearts. Pandora has had some serious ups and downs. Alice and her Scythe-weilding rabbit form are pretty cool. The bit in the actual abyss was cool. Not sure if I appreciate how quickly they managed to get out of there though, since I prefered the sheer lunatic feel of it. It also has a distinct danger of turning into a monster of the week show. Phantom started amazingly, but has been reluctantly dragging its feet a bit since then since its been spending SO much time with plot exposition. Still, its not bad.

So I’m kinda stuck, ya know?

Anyway, I apologise once more for my tardiness in posts as of late. I can’t assure you blank-outs like this won’t happen from time to time but please don’t hold it against me. (its, uh, writer’s block! Yeah!)

I can hardly believe I’ve had so many visitors in the last six months or so. A big thankyou to you all for visiting, and hope you enjoy the blog!

Yup, here’s another one of these summaries of shows.

Valkyria Chronicles

I was surprisingly amused by Valkyria Chronicles. I was very suspicious of it, seeing as how game adaptations rarely prove to be as mighty as their parents (The old rule that a copy is always inferior to the original usually holds true here~ though occassionally it can back-fire; and perhaps this is a case of that). Though of course, I haven’t actually played the game. I’m quite sure those who have are ranting about the changes.

Nevertheless, the protagonist getting arrested for his suspicious spy-like activity (sketching trout in a stream is clearly essential military intelligence…) made me chuckle. Then of course, the tank Edelweiss is the real star of the show; all by itself.

The art-style is also pretty nice, but then, it would have to be, since the game got alot of its critical acclaim for its sketchbook like Cel-Shaded 3d graphics. You can compare Anime Alicia (Above) to Game Alicia (Below), if you like.

In my opinion, bakery headscarfs and military uniforms are an odd mixture. But hey, that is her character concept, I suppose…

Therefore, you are a spy, sir!

Some inevitable plot exposition. Is Ragnite the same ore that was used to craft the Ragnell? (obscure Fire Emblem reference, go!)

Delicious PAN! Delicious PAN! Its my long and cruncy stick and you can’t have it! <shot>

Because everyone keeps prototype tanks in their basement.

Apparently, I was sufficiently enamoured with Susie’s Drill hair to make a cap of it.

Though not particularily evident in this cap, the tank above is about to perform a Powerslide followed by some extreme drift like a sports-car in order to fire upon some enemies that its just raced past. No really. And apparently, it can go about 70+ mph and has deflective plate armour. Though definately a Lul-Wut moment, I was still impressed by the ridiculousness of this battle.

I’ll keep watching this. Its pretty and interesting (which is often a rare combo).

On the other hand, the other three have been distinctly mediocre experiences….(sigh)

07 Ghost

07Ghost gets an award for most irrational protagonist of the season so far. The guy is all at first caring and merciful, but as soon as he has a weird flashback about his pops dying, he goes into a wild rage. Way to lose your reason, dude.

That’s just the start of it, too… (sigh) I mean, first episodes are supposed to leave you hanging and interested in finding out more, but this managed to simply offer stacks of loose plot strings. I may see if the second episode improves, but as it was, it was merely like a needless cascade of images.

Their test is to kill the prisoner to pass their exams, but of course, our protagonist shows mercy at this point.

He has a flashback of his dad being killed by a heartless guy called Ayanami after engaging in the time honoured anime tradition of eavesdropping. And then he goes nuts. I mean, sure, you have a chance for vengeance, and bloodlust can be irrational, but this was a bit a strange turn for him all the same considering how he was previously.

Though he uses the rationale of not wanting to get his mate involved (after their serious buddy-behavoir all episode!) it still again seems a little disjointed.

I can’t place my finger on just what is up. Perhaps the manga is wonderful, but I just can’t like this show as it stands. I’ll still watch the second episode, but unless it transforms, I don’t see myself keeping up.

Pandora Hearts

Well, this is definately the weird and slightly disturbing selection of the season. Yet another for the ‘Lul Wut?’ pile, I think.

I mean, what part about a giant rabbit wielding a halberd is not wierd, eh? Much like 07ghost, this extols the tragic effect of Yaoi on relationships. As in, whenever guys become very good buddies in this kind of show, you can guarantee one of the two will die/become evil/get sent into another plane of existance. In this case, BOTH of the latter two occur.

Uh oh, that’s a death sentance right there!

Nah, I’m sure that’s not true. Though you really do need a haircut, girl. Giant fringes are so for the evil genius of yesterday.

Oz falls for this girl on sight. Suppose I can’t blame him, its pretty cute.

And apparently, this girl can transform into a halberd wielding giant rabbit. (actually, it might be a scythe, but I had a really bad copy, so I’m not entirely sure…) Or perhaps more accurately, she IS a giant rabbit that becomes a girl. Hard to tell. The guys fighting her refer to her as Brea Rabbit. Just a little bit psycho there too.

Personally, I think she looks like Karen from Sister Princess, gone insane because she can’t love her brother in that way. LOL.

Well, it has some Alice in Wonderland vibes here, which is interesting, but it hasn’t at all bowled me over yet. Again, if it dramatically improves, I may keep it, otherwise…

Polyphonica Crimson S

Ah darn, and I was so hoping… (Ahem…)

Yeah, the original Polyphonica was a lesson on how fantastic ingredients can still be made into a broth of mediocrity. I mean, it seems to have it all. Its a wonderful idea, to have spirits in the world that thrive on Musical compositions and beautiful voices and suchlike. And Corticarte herself is a fabulous character. And there was the bike that turns into a piano, which was hilarious.

And yet…somehow…with all of this going for it, it winds and slacks and never seemed to go anywhere or explain anything. And Perse really needs to be shot.

I was hoping this might possibly redeem itself from its predecessor. But…after the first episode, all of my warning sirens are blaring already that this is already a lost cause. I realise its supposed to be going back in time to Phoron’s Academy days, but the first episode again managed so very little. It can’t even do fanservice for us properly… (sigh…)

Damn you, setting sunlight! How dare you censor my Loli- Corticarte!

Prine’s wild imagination is the only even slightly entertaining part of this episode.

Out of respect and fanboyism for Corti (and there’s probably a degree of masochism in there), I shall probably try the second episode, but I don’t have any hopes. Whatsoever.

Guh, anyway, I’ll be back again soon…

Well, its already swung around to the next quarter, despite it being hard to believe. That means its time for another new anime season!

I’m obviously looking for more shows to fill the gaps this season as well since pretty much everything that I’ve been following has just ended or is about to end. Only Kurokami and Kohako no Regios are continuing from the last season. Toradora, Tytania, Index, Maria+Holic, Rideback and White Album are all leaving the schedule! Fortunately, there’s alot waiting there to leap into the slots.

So, a preliminary look at what I’m possibly interested in…

  • Asura Cryin’ Well, I’m not normally into the mecha stuff, but this one piqued my interest again, since its got some kind of dimension hopping going on as well as a haunted main protagonist. Could be interesting. I’ll have to research it more.
  • asura-cryin
  • PandoraHearts Some kind of thing about a guy with Amnesia (yawn) who gets sent to Carceri (or some other prison plane) and ends up forming a contract of some description with a girl. It seems tremendously generic, but again, I’m a sucker for dimensional travel and weird planes of existance, so I’ll give this a shot.
  • pandorahearts
  • K-ON! Based on a 4koma, this sounds like a typical one of those. This one has a bunch of girls who form a music club and each take an instrument. These things can be amazing, like Lucky Star, but can also fall and splat themselves. We shall see…
  • k-on
  • Phantom ~Requiem for a Phantom~ What? Thats an awfully repititous subtitle. Something about a female assassin whose cover is blown by the random male protagonist. Fortunately for him, he has some kind of knack for killing himself and she decides to train him. Sounds a bit like a reverse version of Daughter of 20 faces, so its got my attention.
  • phantom
  • Shikyoku Soukai Polyphonica Crimson S MOAR CORTI!!!!!!! Well, I loved Polyphonica’s concept. The actual anime was a bit…meh…but its a great theory. Spirits that are fuelled by music. And, I’m Corticarte’s ravenous fanboy, so I’m definately watching this. Also, can’t forget Phoron’s bike. It transforms into a church organ, dont’cha know?
  • corti-2
  • Senjou no Valkyria I’ve heard some talk about this. Its based upon a PS3 game or something. I don’t have a PS3 and probably never will, being Nintendo’s bitch. Maybe I’ll look into it.
  • valkyrie
  • Cross Game Some kind of timehopping/snapshot romantic comedy with a big baseball sports element. Though I can hardly believe it, I have to admit I’ve enjoyed these kinds of sports romantic comedies alot in the past, so I’m very interested in this.crossgame
  • Hanasakeru Seishounen Some rich girl is issued an ultimatum to select a suitor from a pool of three guys. But apparently, these guys are not aware they’re being targeted by her or something. Sounds weird and political. But so mysterious, I may look into it.
  • hanasakeru
  • Natsu no Arashi Some weird pseudo-sci-fi romance about a guy who likes a girl but has suspicions that she’s actually a ghost after finding an ancient photo of her. Its by the School Rumble guy, so I’m a bit suspicious about it, but we shall see.
  • natsuarashi1
  • Tears to Tiara Haha, well, I’ve played the game and reported to you guys on it. Now its being anime-ised. Considering that the game is awesome and that Utawarerumono had a fabulous anime adaptation, I suspect this might be pretty good too. Of course, taking away all of Arawn’s wives kinda spoils the fun, but whatever. As long as Rhiannon has her oven-glove snake hand puppets, the anime will automatically be awesome. That said, what the heck happened to the character designs? Llyr looks good though, so hey, whatever.
  • tears
  • 07-Ghost From the same stock as Hatengou Yuuki, which despite being a Shoujo manga, I actually enjoyed a bit. Sounds kinda fantasy action oriented too.
  • 07ghost
  • Ristorante Paradiso Nicoletta, the heroine, goes to the restaurant to confront the mother who abandoned her as a child. As Nicoletta has already studied at culinary school, she decides to apprentice at the restaurant (owned by her step-father) while she repairs her familial relationships (with encouragement from the head waiter). EDITED ~ Thanks to Rman for correcting my somewhat off description! I guess I didn’t research this one enough! About a girl whom, attracted by the bishies in a resturant, decides to become an appretice chef there. Though its a daft concept, I think its funny her doing this for all the wrong reasons. Almost sounds…like GTO…or something…
  • ristorante
  • Eden of the East About a Japanese girl on a field trip to america and whom gets saved by a naked guy in front of the white house. What?!? Well, the sheer lulwut factor will get me to watch at least the first episode of this.
  • edeneast

That’s not all. I’ve already eliminated 11 shows I’m not really interested in.

Hence, the Non-Starters are: Sengoku Basara, Queens Blade, Basquash, Arad Senki, Gokujou! Mecha more Iincho, Guin Saga, Shangri-La, Tatyutama Kiss my Deity, Saki, Souten Kouro, Hatsukoi Limited.

Yeah, I know that’s alot to dump, but hey, 24 new shows is pretty damn stupid. I doubt I’ll even watch all of the aformentioned 13. You know, with time constraints and all that.

In fact, considering that I’m holding onto Kurokami and Regios, I suspect I’ll have to pick maybe six new shows to watch.

Anyway, I may also post more on the subject as and when episodes start rolling out.

Hope this report is handy to some people at least…
